This WebQuest focuses on researching Spanish California and Mission Life. Students will be studying the Spanish Colonial period of California in Social Studies.
Introduction
Let's take a trip up the El Camino Real! You are about to embark on a journey through one of the most interesting times in California History, Spanish California! You will research and write a paper on the different aspects of Mission life. The task will involve researching and building a model California Mission. Each of you will be assigned a different California Mission to present on California History Night. Your job will be to gather information overtime in addition to reading many articles and books as a class. Have a safe and exciting trip!
