The first step to using a digital camera is purchasing one. Students can formulate a step-by-step processing on what to look for in a digital camera. Next students can learn to take pictures, organize them, make repairs and improvements, and finally print and share their photographic masterpieces.
During this semester, we will be using digital cameras for a large portion of our classwork. Since the base of our activity will be using a digital camera, we are doing a short unit on What to Look for When Purchasing a Digital Camera. For this unit, you will be working with two partners to research and determine what makes a great digital camera. Once you have found the needed information, you will deliver a short presentation to reveal your findings. It all comes down to, "If you were to purchase a digital camera today, what features would you want in your ideal camera?"
