 Calling all Weather Whiz Kids!

  

Good morning class! WRAIN Weather Station is looking for some new Weather Whiz Kids. You and your classmates have just been asked to be a weather response team for one day. WRAIN will be putting on weather awareness show for the citizens of our town. And they want our class to help! Now, you must become an expert weather response team and you only have 3 weeks to prepare. You will learn how to observe and report bad weather in a timely and accurate manner. To prepare for the show, you will visit several exciting websites that will teach you all about wild weather patterns and how to report this information timely and accurately.   

 

 

At the end of the show, you will be invited to a wild weather ice cream party and everyone will get certificates for being Weather Whiz Kids for a day.

 

Weather response teams play a very important role in the safety of all the people in our area. They need us to show the town this by our performance at the show in 3 weeks. So, get ready for a wild adventure! Your task is not impossible; but, it is very important. Are you ready?  Let's go!
