Ready for a fabulous vacation?  How about a vacation to see the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World?  Only one is still standing today, the Great Pyramid of Khufu, BUT on the Internet you can still visit all seven!  You will design a fantasy vacation to enjoy each of the Wonders of the Ancient World as described by Herodotus the second century BC. As you read about these wonders, think about the following question, "Why did these cultures build monuments?"
