This webquest will give students the chance to learn about how Benjamin Franklin was such an outstanding citizen. After learning about Ben Franklin the students will get a chance to show what they have learned by becoming good citizens through three different tasks.

Teacher Introduction

Hello Fellow Educators!

This is a webquest that we have created to give students the opportunity to display good citizenship.  So many times people want to make a difference in the world but do not know how to go about it.  This webquest displays practical ways that students can make a difference in their community, through the completion of three tasks.

The big idea of this webquest is "good citizenship" and is focused on Benjamin Franklin who displayed many characteristics of being a good citizen.  Students will be excited to be a part of something that can help improve society, and at the same time follow in the footsteps of a great man.  (Don't worry, there are plenty of standards that this webquest applies to!)
