This lesson will allow students the opportunity to research a particular weather phenomena. Students will be made aware of different types of weather phenomena across the globe and it's effect on those who live there. Weather can have dangerous outcomes and students will become aware of these dangers and understand proper saftey procedures if it should occur. Students will have the opportunity to work with a partner and create an emergency broadcast to the class.
