The students will use research to answer questions and gather information about weather. They will present to others to demonstrate understanding of their topic question.

Introduction

NASA is opening a new Space Center in South Carolina.  They need help training their staff on the different weather conditions they may encounter during a Space Shuttle launch.  You are going to be the meteorologists who help them.  You will research to find out weather tools they will need to use to predict the weather, different types of weather they may encounter, the different seasons and the weather that comes with them, and safety precautions they will need to take in case of severe weather.  Our mission is to make sure that NASA's staff is trained on all types of weather and have a successful launch.
