This webquest was designed for sixth graders to explore the realm of Medieval Times. Many standards are addressed with great emphasis in Language Arts and Social Studies.

Introduction

The Middle Ages

 

 

While you are walking to your sixth grade social studies class, you get caught in a horrible wind storm.  A branch is torn from a tree in the patio and strikes you on the head!  You fall to the ground and briefly lose consciousness.

 

 

When you wake up, you look around and realize that you have somehow been transported to a different time and a different place!  You are in England during the Middle Ages!  Now you need to get back home.  As you wander around, you discover that there is a wizard in the village who offers a time travel spell for the impossible sum of 450 feudal farthings.  How on earth will you earn that much money?

 

 

Complete the following tasks. Each task you complete will allow you to earn up to 50 feudal farthings. If you complete all of the tasks, you will have enough to pay the wizard and you can be back home by dinner time!
