Task
Congratulations! You have been selected by NASA to join an elete group of astronauts on Space Shuttle Discovery's next mission to the Moon. The window for your launch is in 5 days between 10:21:05 a.m and 11:35:10 a.m. EST.
Your team will consist of 5 astronauts. During your pre-flight briefing, your instructor will select your Commander, Pilot, 2 Mission Specialists, and an Educator Astronaut. You will work as a team to research your flight plan, your destination (the Moon), and landing procedure.
Throughout your mission, you will have several meetings with TASA (teacher awaiting student's arrival) to review your journal entries and discuss your research thus far. At the end of your mission, you will be invited to a Mission Conference where each astronaut on your team will share his or her discoveries with other colleages. Because of the publicity of this event, you will have the opportunity to write an article explaing the importance of space exploration.
