Evaluation:

Each student will be evaluated based on the following rubric. Group tasks will be given group grades. Each student, however, will grade his/her group members based on contribution and effort.

Canada's Landscape.	Beginning 1	Developing 2	Accomplished 3
Writing mechanics	Spelling and grammer errors. Poorly constructed sentence structure.	A few spelling and grammer errors. Sentence structure needs improvement.	Text is clearly written with little or no errors in spelling and grammer. Good sentence structure.
Able to identify the different natural and man-made landscapes on the map of Canada.	Was not able to a majority of the different natural and man-made landscapes on the map of Canada listed in this webquest.	Was able to identify 75% of the natural and man-made landscapes on the map of Canada listed in this webquest.	Was able to identity 90% of all natural and man-made landscapes on the map of Canada listed in this webquest.
Able to use a technology as tool in the presentation of work (i.e. powerpoint, Excel, Access)	No technology tool used in both the group presentation and work.	Some technology tool used in the group presentation and work.	Made full use of technology tools to aid in group presentation and work.
