Welcome!!
Mr. Pennypincher is 28 years old. He has been married to a wonderful lady named Julie for five years and has two children. The oldest is a son is named Michael who is three, and he has a daughter named Andrea who is just turning two. He has lived in the city all of his life and has worked very hard for ten years as a factory worker. He has grown tired of the day in and day out boredom of a job where you do the same thing every day. With a great deal of sacrifice (pennypinching) and some luck in the stock market, Mr. Pennypincher has managed to save $250,000. It is all of the money that he has in the world. Mr. Pennypincher has dreamed of owning his own farm ever since he was a boy. He is now in a position to finally be able to fulfill his childhood dream. The only problem is that he doesn't know anything about farming or how to start a business. He has many many questions that need to be answered before he soaks all of his worldly money in such a large life-changing project. Since he is just learning about farming day by day, he is going to need some help to get started the right way and in the right place. Mr. Pennypincher is looking for some reliable help from people who know what they are talking about to help him buy his dream farm. He has chosen your group to provide the important information that he needs to select the right place and the right crops for his farm. He is putting all of his faith and trust in your judgement and in your decision-making abilities. He is counting on you to give him the best information before commiting all of his life savings to this project. You can't let him down. His family's future financial life is in your hands! Good advice will allow him to support his family for years to come. Bad advice will result in his ruin. He may even be thrown out on the street, and he and his family will be homeless.
