This WebQuest is created to help students learn about where they are with their self-esteem, the benefits of positive self-esteem, and find ways to promote positive self-esteem.

Teacher Introduction

Do your students know about self-esteem?  You may think so, but what I've learned is that most of them do not.  It is important these days to teach our students about having a positive self-esteem, especially since we hear, too often, about students being depressed, comitting suicide, and school shootings.  As educators, we need to promote a positive self-esteem so that our students will be able to live happy, productive lives.
