Task

Your group will conduct a lean needs assessment and submit a design proposal in the form of a wiki page. In addition, your team will deliver a 15-20 minute electronic presentation to “pitch” your user-centered design ideas to your client. Your proposal and presentation will be graded by your instructor and your peers.
