Let's begin on our journey.  First we let's start with our skeleton.

It also helps to protect delicate organs such as your brain.

Now that we know a little about our bodies, how can we keep them healthy?

 

What is the first thing we do when we walk into our classroom everyday?  Hmmm...think really hard...yup, that's right!  We wash our hands.
