Teacher Introduction

Greek mythology can be a complicated topic, especially with Engligh Language Learners.  With this webquest, students will examine Greek mythology through modern day eyes.  Most students have looked at magazines; now they can put one together.  It's a great activity because it reaches a variety of students: the artist, the writer, the computer whiz, and the spatial learner. 

  Pre-activies for this assignment can include analyzing magazine articles and newspaper layouts.  However, the weblinks provided will help them understand what makes good magazine writing.
