In this webquest, students will learn about life as a kid in the 1850's fictional town of St. Petersburg, Missouri. This is the world of Mark Twain's novel The Adventures of Tom Sawyer.

Introduction

We are about to begin reading The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, but do you really understand all that's going on? Are you completely familiar with the time and place in which this story happened?
