Teacher Process:
Introduce students to the activity they are about to do by showing them pictures of clouds, there are many interesting websites that have great pictures of clouds.
Plan a 50 minute period for each activity. This means you will be able to complete the activity in a week.
It might be best to download the worksheets and print these for your students before beginning the unit.
The spreadsheet activity can be done with the Computer Application Teacher or after the students have been introduced to spreadsheets.
You will need a supply of clear 2-liter plastic bottles. You may want to have the students bring them in a couple of weeks prior to starting this unit.
Students could be encouraged to work in pairs or small groups of 2-4. The activities and worksheets are not designed for collaborative work.
