You are assigned to create and manage your very own custom restaurant!!!!! From the menu to the staff, you will be responsible for the success of the concept.
Teacher Introduction
The students are tasked with taking the creation of a restaurant, from theme to design to menu to cost management from idea to masterpiece. It is an advanced project and requires high school and college-level education, but is also an interesting and fun way to see the complexities of such a task.
Grading should be done with some leniency, as many ideas will not come together without some failures along the way. Part of the project is to see that the process of synthesis can be a nightmare.
