Task
The group of four students will collaborate to decide on a theme for a Georgetown area restaurant. The roles are as follows (dom, dom, dom):
The Architect/Designer
The Culinary Expert
The General Manager
The Accountant
The Architect/Designer will be tasked with developing a universal design including; accessibility, location of components (kitchen, bar, restrooms, tables, etc), and general location in the historical city of G-town.
The Culinary Expert will be tasked with developing a menu inline with the theme of the restaurant.
The G.M. will be tasked with deciding which employees need to be hired, restaurant hours, and inventory.
The Accountant will be tasked with researching the prices of operation (rent, food cost, employee wages, etc.)
