Task

Students will be assigned by the teacher to get in groups of 2-3.  The next thing that the students will do is pick a planet they would like to visit.  After the students have picked the planet they will research it given the provided links.  The students will then gather all of their data and compose a well organized written report of their findings.  This report will be turned in to be graded.  The students will also be assessed on an oral presentation given by the group to the entire class.  Students may use either physical props or PowerPoint to help aid them in giving their oral report.

• Get in groups of 2-3 
• Pick a planet you would like to visit
• Research the planet
• Write a summary of your findings
• Give an oral report of your findings to the class
