Students will learn about nutrition and the food pyramid while adding and subtracting serving sizes in the recommended daily intake.

Introduction

Have you ever wondered wether or not you eat according to the food pyramid?  How healthy do you eat each day?  This webquest is going to take you through a nutritious adventure to allow you to make healthy life decisions for your various meals eaten throughout the day and for the rest of your life.  The knowledge you have acquired here should allow you to eat the foods you want but still stay within the healthy range of foods to eat.
