Process

The Process

Step 1    You will be assigned to a team of four students.

Step 2    Each person will have their own word to find information on.

Step 3    Your team will use the resources listed below or from books found in the classroom to find five examples of each word.  You will write down these examples and draw a sketch of each one.  You get graded based on how well you stay on task during this assignment.

Step 4    You will meet together as a team to share the information that you have found.  At this time the team will plan their presentation.

Step 5    Your team's presentation should consist of just one example of each word.  Try to pick examples that you think other groups won't pick.  This will make it more interesting for the class to listen to your presentation.

Step 6     Present to the class what you've found.  Make sure to include visuals, speak clearly and loudly, and practice before you present.  Decide who will speak, and make sure everyone speaks an equal amount.  Check out the Evaluation part of this Web Quest.
