Task

Most students in the United States have studied and heard stories from Ancient Greek mythology. These stories of power and deception, creation and origin, and of heroes and gods such as Hercules, Odysseus, Zeus, and Aphrodite have powered the imaginations of people in the West for hundreds and thousouds of years; however, there is a wealth of stories and culture from other regions of the world that many students do not get exposed to  throughout their educational careers.

Your task is to research a set of mythology from a part of the world. You must become an expert on that set of stories, focusing on mythological archetypes, using critical research methods. Then you will design a lesson geared at teaching your classmates about your region in a small group setting.
