Focus #2:   How did this figure impact the people of the American Revolution, and the Revolution itself?

Tasks

You have a total of three tasks to complete.

1.   Choose and research your historical figure of the American Revolution. (partner)

 

2.    Write a report of information about the figure following the guidelines and standards we have worked on this year. (independent)

 

      3.   Create a poster sized biopoem or acrostic poem about your historical figure to orally present to the class. (partner)

Focus #1: Why was this particular historical figure important to the American                      Revolution?

 *Reminder: As you look at the information on the websites, be looking for the answer to this question. Your partner will write down the notes that you tell him/her as you are reviewing the websites together. Both of you need to agree on the notes because you will trade notes with each other to write your individual Report of Information.
