This webquest will allow the students to learn how to identify rocks into their specific categories, Igenous, Sedimentary, and Metamorphic.
Introduction
The world renowned geologist, Dr. Rock Geo has been asked by the United States Geological Survey (USGS) to display the three types of rocks in various elementary schools around Utah. Unfortunately, Dr. Geo is stuck "between a rock and a hard place"! He has been so busy that he hasn't started on the exhibits yet! Dr. Geo has asked us for our help in completing his display in our classroom.
