Teacher Process
This Web Quest is designed as a three day library project. Most students will finish the Web Quest on the second day and will spend the third day using other library resources to answer questions about their planet which they generated themselves. Students who have not yet completed the Web Quest may spend the third day doing so.
Along with the Web Quest, the librarian will teach a lesson each day. The first day the majority of the time will be spent learning about website evaluation. On the second day more emphasis will be placed on the Web Quest while students also learn how to create a bibliography.
The last day the librarian will have a discussion with students about creating their own questions and where to look for answers to those questions.
