Work Products:
- Each member of a group will keep a journal.
- The group will prepare a Travel Guide from what each member has in their journal.
- Each group will prepare maps.
- Each group will prepare either a poster or a power point presentation to promote their Black History tour of three Illinois towns - Alton, Cairo, and Springfield.
- Each student will write a letter to the governor telling him of which of the three towns they would choose to live in and why.
