This WebQuest is intended for learners in fifth grade in Illinois.  As part of a unit on the American Constitution, this WebQuest is intended to prepare students to discuss, debate, and defend their "constitutions" to bring them to a closer understanding of the ideals of the Constititution in a classroom debate.
