In this webquest, students will compare the cost of living based on the salary of a career of their choice vs. the salary of a job that pays minimum wage. Students will be able to understand and discuss the differences between the two salaries and ultimately decide for themselves if a career is a better choice than a minimum wage paying job.

This lesson was developed as part of a class assignment in Educational Technology at New Jersey City University, Using the Internet in Education.
