Bienvenue! Welcome to your challenge.
 
You are currently studying French, while many of your friends have chosen to learn Spanish or another foreign language.  Why is French interesting? Is it relevant to you?  France is located so far away, so how did French influence the lives of Americans? Do you use any words that come from French?
This week, you will create a brochure that answers some of these questions and you will have a chance to show it to your classmates.
