Welcome to the Flowers for Algernon Rewrite! You have just concluded the fantastic story Flowers for Algernon and this webquest allows the students to increase their knowledge of the subordinate characters in addition to a greater understanding of the how an author implements characterization. The students are able to become the character and implement cooperative learning techniques in order to achieve a common goal of rewriting portions of Flowers for Algernon in a realistic telling from the perspective of another character. It is a fun way for students to learn and give them the opportunity to be creative!
