Conclusion

Congratulations!

Now you should have developed and drawn out a design for a backyard Zen garden. Hopefully, your design is so beautiful that everyone who sees it will want to hire your business to do their landscaping.

In the process of coming up with this design, you should have learned a little bit about Japanese culture and the philosophies that underlie Zen garden designs. Its amazing how even a landscaping business might need to know so much about another culture in order to successfully complete a project!

You should also have gotten some practice with the concepts of area and perimeter, and had the chance to apply and experiement with some of your knowlegde of math and geometry. You cannot get very far with a design project like this if you do not understand these concepts.
