If you've ever had a puppy or a kitten you can see the physical changes your pet goes through before it becomes a full grown adult. All animals go through something called a life cycle, the changes it goes through over time. All animals have different and unique life cycles. Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be a turtle, a frog, a butterfly, a horse, or a goose? Here is your chance to take on the life cycle of one of these animals and really step into their shoes from the time they are born to mature adulthood.

This WebQuest is designed for fifth grade students in order to study the life cycles of different groups of animals. Students will learn to appreciate the animal life cycle and learn some key steps to how animals develop and change over time.
