This is a Webquest designed to help students who have mastered the basic consonant sounds begin to blend sounds into words. The webquest starts with words containing short a, then short e, and last short u. All words follow the CVC pattern.

Teacher Introduction

This webquest is designed to be used in conjunction with direct instruction.  It is not a substitute for direct instruction.  It assumes that the learner has a solid foundation of letter recognition and sound recognition for all of the basic conconants.
