In this web quest built around a "National Treasure" theme, students will choose what they would like to learn about the state of Wisconsin from a wide range of motivational ideas. They will experience oral presentation to a group and will contribute to a physical collaborative class project.

Introduction

National Treasure...Wisconsin!

Congratulations!!!  Of the nearly 300 million people in the United States of America, you are one of the 5.5 million people who actually get to live in the state of Wisconsin.

It appears that there has been a conspiracy in America to keep the great attributes of the state of Wisconsin a national secret.

Our class has the responsibility and the privilege of writing a BOOK OF SECRETS that will uncover the reasons that Wisconsin is a nice place to visit and a great place to live.  Each student will contribute to the Book of Secrets by submitting one or more pages to our class book.

You must be willing to go where the evidence takes you, to investigate every lead, and to search out the truth, no matter the cost.
