Teacher Process

Classroom teachers will provide the background material regarding California History and the Gold Rush. This lesson is based on prior knowledge gained in the classroom and then the additional resources used in the technology lab.

The lesson should be presented in the technology lab with a projector connected to a laptop and speakers to display and explain the process, as well as the location of the resources. The first lesson, should explore the resources and assist the learner with organizing the main topics. The Inspiration graphic organizer should be saved to allow students to add more information at a following session. 

I would definitely provide examples during instruction and ideas for several main topics such as, minorities, woman, mining towns and camps, supply and demand economics, and immigration laws.
