Gold Rush Daze        

Create a Newspaper

Using the Internet and video resources, you will find and organize information about the Gold Rush Era in California. You'll use your research as the basis for deciding which articles to write and publish in your newspaper.

Next, you will create, design, and publish a newspaper that reflects the events of the Gold Rush Days. It must include a title, a main story (5 W’s), a personal interest story, and advertisement,  and pictures. Decide which topics/articles and photos are critical to your newspaper and which ones get the most space and top billing in your layout.
