Task

You will work in groups to plan a trip from Buffalo to New York City . This trip is for three children and one adult escort.

In order to figure out how much money your group will spend, each of you will be assigned one of the four areas to calculate costs. Each member of the group will do the research in their specific area and then bring the result to the group to make the decisions. These four roles include: 

1.Transportation expert 

2. Recreation director 

3. Accommodation expert

4. Financial consultant

Your final project will be a PowerPoint presentation. It will serve as the itinerary and review of your trip.
