Process

How will we achieve our goal and complete this task?

Step by Step Guide:

To start, your teacher will create the teams of experts and decide who will play what role.

  1. Once you have your role e.g. zoologist, visit your expert role information below.  It will tell you what your individual mission is?
  2. Start work on your individual mission by using the website links provided.  Keep your individual work to a maximum of 3 A4 pages.  It is quality, not quanity!
  3. Once you have completed your individual mission, get together as a group to complete the set of Team Tasks and Missions given on the Task Page.

BRING THE TEAM TOGETHER

After the individual work is done, the team must come together to complete the remaining task.    Decide on the way you would like to present your information, hand written or typed on computer and printed.

  1. Complete rough drafts
  2. Make the final presentation creative and unique
  3. Add everyones ideas and work
  4. Have a teacher or parent check over your work for any mistakes.

THE FINAL STEP IN THE PROCESS IS THE PRESENTATION

A presentation of your groups work must be put into the form of a booklet.  You can display it in class and to your teacher.  It can be set up in the format listed below:

Page 1: Introduction: A summary of what your presentation is about.

Page 2: A Zoologist Perspective about Seals

Page 3: A Marine Biologist Perspective about Seals

Page 4: A Veterinarian Perspective

Page 5: A Photographers Perspective

Page 6: A Navigators Perspective
