Teacher Introduction

This WebQuest is designed to help students better understand the relationship between a composition and the cultural and historical elements that may have effected the composer. Encourage the students to start with a musical element found in the piece and look for things that may have inspired it. Remind students that the license to be creative does not negate standards. Each element must be explained in a way that clearly shares their own opinion.
