Task
1. You will begin by doing a search on the Internet about all aspects of childhood obesity, including what are common causes leading to the increase in obesity among children, as well as what can be done to prevent this epidemic, and healthy eating and food choices.
2. Your research team will colloaborate to divide the research tasks, with each student taking one topic, then sharing with other group members what you have learned. Each student will write a letter to be sent home to their parents describing the information they have found and the reason for recreating the cafeteria menu.
3. Each research team will develop and plan a healthy menu for one-week of school lunches to be served in the cafeteria.
