Using the resources we've provided in this webquest, expect to learn the following:
- Your Primary Footprint - The direct impacts you have on the environment expressed as a carbon footprint value
- Your Secondary Footprint - The indirect impacts you have on the environment
- Changes you can make in your lifestyle to minimize both of these impacts
- Ways to save money while saving energy
- Strategies for presenting ideas through graphic design and oral presentation
Through the use of an Action Plan you will note and analyze these impacts and synthesize a plan for changing your lifestyle to help the environment. Following, you will produce a poster in groups that demonstrates and promotes one of the changes you plan to make and present it to your class.
