Introduction

Our class is going on a field trip... and not just any field trip. We're going on a field trip around the whole United States! In class we have been talking a lot about what the United States looks like and everything in it, but it's really hard to know until you see it. So pack up your jacket and your teddy bear! Let's hit the road!

Oh no!! I've lost our map! I can't remember where we're going to go! There's no way I can make another map before we leave... I still have to pack! I need your help. I have lots to do before we take off so your team needs to design our field trip and decide where we're going. I can only remember 7 places that we need to stop for sure. We need to cross over the Appalachian Mountains, the Rocky Mountains, the Mississippi River, the Hudson River, Rio Grande, Ohio River, and the Colorado River. You'll have to decide the other places that we stop... make sure that our trip is educational and fun. Good luck!
