This WebQuest was designed to give Algebra Students a real life example of how math is used in the real world. The example I used was the Electoral College. For this assignment, students are expected to analyze the Electoral College using math as their basis of analysis.

Teacher Introduction

This assignment was designed to relate a real-life example to math.  Technology is so important in today's world, that I felt it was important to combine research and math to use math as a method of analysis.  Students should find this assignment to be pretty interesting because of the recent Presidential election.  Students will also be able to improve their skills in Microsoft Excel and also when writing their essays.
