Your task is to study and understand the three basic geometric transformations: translations, rotations, and reflections. You will accomplish this goal using internet resources, print resources and explorations using Sketchpad. You will also complete assignments related to transformations that you will incorporate in your final portfolio. Once you have a basic knowledge of transformations you will use that information to create a tessellation or a kaleidoscope by hand or by technology. When you complete your product you and your group will create a group portfolio of all your work using one of several mediums.
