This WebQuest will allow you to completely understand the Civil War, and each polarizing side. You are to create a diary as John Wilkes Booth. Through his diary you will describe his own character, his escape out of Washington, and you will also develop his views about the Civil War and the Confederacy. Therefore the setting of 1865 will be fully covered and you will have new insight into the assassination and views of the South.
