All detailed information needs to be filled out in the task sheet 1 (posted after process 4), and the locations of sightseeing spots, restaurants and shopping need to be circled on the Kyoto city map.

3. After individual research is done, you will meet as a group. The group members incorporate all findings and write down all locations to be visited on one map. Considering the open hours of each site, order the lists of the visiting places chronologically, so that time will be used efficiently. Also discover the lines of the buses that you will use to visit each site and calculate the expense for each day. All information will be filled out on the task sheet 2 (posted after process 4).

4. Each group creates a group oral presentation. You can use a poster board that includes maps, pictures, and charts or alternatively a Power Point. You will demonstrate how you will travel around Kyoto for three days, and how you will consider the three family members’ needs. While preparing the presentation, each one of you will take a new different role again and take a responsibility for each job. The first student does the job of "General Editor" who makes sure there are no errors in spelling and grammar. The second students does the job of "Manager" who makes sure all questions are asked and takes are covered. The last student does the job of "Layout Editor" who makes sure that visual materials are posted, and that all hyperlinks are active if you use Power Point. Before presentation, please make sure that each student finishes his/her own task.
