Step One INFORM STUDENTS: As the teacher, one must explain the whole idea of researching. Also, students should be aware of the projects that make up INVENTION CONVENTION prior to doing this WebQuest.
Step Two GUIDE STUDENTS: As the teacher, one should help guide and monitor students when researching. Make sure the students stay on task. If a student struggles help them so EACH student will benefit from the research project.
Step Three TIME: Time for this should last thirty minutes to an hour depending on students ways of learning. Allow students after researching their inventor to explore and read about the other inventors.
