This webquest is for a social studies classroom studying the many different cultures and countries that make up the world. Students will be assigned various countries and they will research different aspects of it's culture.

Introduction

Looking at events from multiple perspectives is an imporant part of understanding the events of the past, present, and future.  In this WebQuest you will be taking a trip around the world and will gain knowledge that will help you learn to look at events in history through many different perspectives.  How you view historic events as a student in the United States is very different than how a student in England, Germany, South Africa, or China views the events.   For a true historical understanding you must learn to step outside of your perspective box and into that of another culture or country.
