Students will research an animal found in urban areas. Students create a magazine article with an image and caption. Collaboratively, students create a cover and give an oral presentation.

Teacher Introduction

This WebQuest was created to correlate with a SRA/OpenCourt Reading unit called "City Wildlife." The task is for students to create a paragraph for a magazine. Additionally, students are asked to include an image and create a caption. At the end of the project, students listen to teach others presentations to decide which team wins. The WebQuest was designed to be completed over several class periods.
